OS-House aims to start-up viable social ventures in low-income countries. The goal of these companies is to provide affordable and sustainable housing to the people in transition from the lower to the middle income groups.
 

Every country has its own culture and infrastructure in place. Therefore every country has specific opportunities and bottlenecks. In every country where OS-House starts a local entrepreneur is involved to draft a focussed and embedded business plan. The main activities in all companies will be:

• Mobilizing client groups;
• Providing designs and building technology;
• Facilitating affordable housing finance.
